PUBG Mobile 4.6 Guide: Midnight Hunters, Bloodline Awakening and the One-Punch Man Collab
PUBG Mobile version 4.6 has been live since September 8 and runs until November 10, 2026. It brings the vampire-themed Midnight Hunters mode with the Bloodline Awakening mechanic (eliminated players can come back as vampires), a One-Punch Man collab from September 20 to October 19, Ocean Odyssey returning to Erangel from September 30, Season 32 with Royale Pass A21, and stability buffs for the ACE32 and 7.62 mm rifles. Midnight Hunters: How the Vampire Mode Works
This themed mode turns several districts into a hunters versus vampires battleground. What to know before you drop:
- Vampire Hunter Guilds are spread across the map. They host PvE fights, Guild missions and an AI character called the Nightkeeper, who can hand out supplies or be challenged for rewards. There’s also a Hunter Shooting Range with bigger rewards for high scores.
- PvE enemies: Bloodwalkers (melee), Nightbats (sonic attacks) and the Vampire Elder, who summons arcane orbs that empower nearby enemies. Elite enemies have shields and finisher animations.
- New tools: Twilight Bat Wings turn you into an energy bat that can hover, dash, latch on and use sonar; the Silvermoon Chain attacks, moves you around or blocks damage; the Blood Crystal Barrier seals windows; Blood Pact, Hunter Bandage and Scarlet Tonic handle healing and team support.
- Side content: a Golden Bat disguised as a stone statue (defeat it before it escapes for a bounty), puzzle-based Scream Crates (fail and an alarm reveals your position), and a chain of Guild Missions.
Quick tip: grab the Bat Wings first, since they are the best rotation tool in this mode, and only open a Scream Crate once the area is completely clear.
Bloodline Awakening: Get Eliminated, Come Back as a Vampire
For a limited time, eliminated players can choose to return as vampires and turn on the hunters. After transforming you get four abilities: Claw Attack (melee), Absorb (restores HP), Blood Sense (detects and marks nearby hunters) and Blood Amberfication (briefly becomes a high-speed form that is immune to damage). Reports from Indonesia say a match can have up to 20 vampires and that the vampires win if every hunter is eliminated; neither number appears in the official release.
According to the official schedule, it runs every Friday to Sunday in September after the season update. If you’re playing as a hunter on those days, seal windows with the Blood Crystal Barrier, stay together, and save the Silvermoon Chain to block attacks when vampires close in.
One-Punch Man Collab: How to Get the Saitama, Genos and Garou Sets
The collab runs from September 20 to October 19, 2026 (outside mainland China). Confirmed items:
- Character sets: Saitama, Genos, Terrible Tornado, Hellish Blizzard, Garou Ver.1 and Ver.2, Watchdog Man, the Ordinary Hero Set and The Strongest Man on Earth Set.
- Vehicles and gear: Mumen Rider Bicycle, Phoenix Man Glider, One-Punch Man Parachute, Mumen Rider Buddy.
- Weapon skins: the One-Punch Man Kar98K and the Grocery Bag Machete, each with three upgrade levels. The Saitama Helmet and One-Punch Man Backpack also have three levels.
- Other: the Justice Enforcement and Fist of Flowing Water Crushing Rock emotes, Saitama and Garou Ver.2 voice packs, ornaments, avatars and frames, graffiti, a Home statue, and a One-Punch Man Card Pack with seven characters (including King).
There are three ways to get them. The numbers below come from pre-release previews and player reports, so check them against the event tab in your client before spending UC:
- Perk Exchange Event (free): complete missions, collect materials and exchange them in the exchange tab. The King set is reported to be a free “Special Collaboration Set” on this route (not officially confirmed).
- Prize Path (paid): a 25-level track with guaranteed rewards; unlocking the Prize Path gives the Garou outfit straight away. The price reported before release was 600 UC, but it can differ by region.
- Saitama Lucky Spin and Terrible Tornado Lucky Spin: draws using Lucky Coins (event missions reportedly give up to 302 coins) or UC.

Ocean Odyssey Returns to Erangel on September 30
The ocean-themed mode returns on Erangel only from September 30. Alongside it, PUBG Mobile has planted a teaser: a giant serpent is starting to break through Erangel’s surface, and the fragile parts of its stone shell hold scales and supply rewards. It’s probably a warm-up for the next version, but there are no official details yet.
Classic Mode Changes: ACE32 Buff, Inflatable Boat, Supply Shop
- Weapons: firing stability on the ACE32 and the 7.62 mm rifles (AKM, M762, Honey Badger, Mk47, Groza) is improved. If you run the M762 or Groza, it’s a good time to revisit your setup; our PUBG Mobile weapon loadout guide can help.
- In-match missions on Erangel: collect leftover combat supplies or hack a Supply Shop for Shop Tokens. The Supply Shop gets a new layout and easier filters.
- Military Base waters: Channel Buoys for temporary cover, floating supply crates and interactive lockers inside buildings.
- Inflatable Boat: a portable four-seat raft that gets faster the more passengers paddle. In the Custom Garage, the Tracked Amphicarrier can appear and be activated with Shop Tokens.
- Dropping: pull the joystick up while parachuting to lock auto-glide.
Season 32, Royale Pass A21 and Ranked Arena
Season 32 began on September 12 with new tier rewards, Path of Glory rewards, an updated Promotion Match, the return of Ultimate Royale, and a Casual Match season covering Unranked Classic, Arena, WOW, Home and Arcade. Crazy Chicken Day brings a Ranked team-up bonus, double earnings and a weekly draw.
Royale Pass A21 brings outfits with custom colors and upgradable weapons. Ranked Arena runs from October 1 to 29 on TDM Warehouse, TDM Hangar, Assault The Ruins and Domination Town, with a limited title for the top 1,000 players in each region. Metro Royale Chapter 34 adds a mutant vampire lair at Arctic Base guarding a Scream Crate, plus a limited-time Golden Bat Statue.
In World of Wonder, Brainrot Royale gets a Halloweeks theme and a Ghost Ship event, and creators get a temporary WOW Token revenue share boost from 55% up to 83%.
