Frequently Asked Questions

ItemGame is a game top-up platform operated by PT Arena Teknologi Digital in Jakarta, Indonesia. You can buy diamonds, UC, vouchers, mobile credit, e-wallet balance, and other digital items across more than 190 products. Items are delivered straight to your game account once your payment is confirmed.

ItemGame is run by a registered Indonesian company, PT Arena Teknologi Digital. Payments are handled by licensed payment partners (Duitku for Indonesia, Fiuu for Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand), so ItemGame never stores your card details or PIN. We also never ask for your game account password; your User ID and Zone ID are all we need.

ItemGame serves Indonesia (IDR), Malaysia (MYR), the Philippines (PHP), Singapore (SGD), and Thailand (THB). Prices are shown in the currency of the region you select, and the site is available in Indonesian, English, Malay, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Filipino.

1. Choose a game or product from the home page or the search bar. 2. Enter your User ID, plus your Zone ID or server if asked. 3. Pick the amount or item you want. 4. Enter your email (required) and phone number (optional) for the invoice and notifications. 5. Choose a payment method, check the summary, and pay before the deadline. Once the payment is confirmed, the item is delivered to your game account automatically.

Open your profile inside the game. In Mobile Legends, the User ID and Zone ID appear under your account name as 12345678 (1234): the first number is the User ID and the number in brackets is the Zone ID. In Free Fire, the ID is on your profile page under your character name. Every product page on ItemGame also includes a guide for finding the ID in that specific game.

Digital items are delivered to the ID you typed and cannot be pulled back once they land, so check the ID and the account name (when shown) before paying. If you notice a mistake, contact support right away with your invoice number. As long as the order has not been sent to the supplier we will try to help, but an order already delivered to the wrong ID cannot be reversed.

No. You can buy straight away by entering your email at checkout. If you sign in with Google, Facebook, Discord or Microsoft, your order history is saved and available any time, and refunds go to your ItemGame Balance, ready to spend on your next order.

It depends on the country you select. Indonesia: bank virtual accounts (including BNI, BRI, BSI, CIMB Niaga, Danamon, Mandiri, Permata, Maybank), QRIS, e-wallets (DANA, OVO, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and Alfamart or Indomaret stores. Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand: local channels such as DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, PayNow, Maya, and bank transfer. The full list is shown on the payment step at checkout.

Every order has a payment deadline shown on the invoice page. If it is not paid by then, the status changes to “Payment Expired” and the order can no longer be paid. Simply place a new order; expired orders cost nothing.

If a payment method carries an admin fee, the amount is shown in the order summary before you pay. The total shown there is the final amount you pay.

Confirmation from your bank or e-wallet usually arrives within a few minutes. Refresh the transaction page and make sure the amount you transferred matches the invoice exactly. If the status still has not changed after 15 minutes, send your invoice number and proof of payment to support via WhatsApp or email.

Most orders are processed automatically and arrive within minutes of the payment being confirmed. For some products, the time depends on the supplier or the game's servers, for example during maintenance. The latest status is always on the transaction page.

1. Open the transaction page and check the status. If it still says “Order Processing”, give it a few more minutes. 2. Close and reopen the game, then check your balance or the in-game mailbox. 3. Make sure the User ID and Zone ID on the invoice match your account. 4. If the status says “Order Delivered” but the item is missing, contact support with your invoice number and a screenshot of your game profile.

Open the link in your invoice email; the same page opens right after checkout. If you are signed in, all your orders are listed on your profile page.

Yes. The invoice is sent to the email address you entered at checkout, followed by a confirmation email when the item is delivered. If you cannot find it, check your spam or promotions folder.

Unpaid orders do not need to be cancelled; just let them expire. Paid orders cannot be cancelled because they are processed immediately. A refund is issued when a paid order cannot be fulfilled, for example because the product is unavailable at the supplier. If you ordered while signed in, the money goes to your ItemGame Balance and can be used straight away; without an account, it goes back to the original payment method or another way agreed with support, and the processing time depends on the payment partner. A wrong User ID or a change of mind after delivery does not qualify.

ItemGame Balance is money held in your ItemGame account that you can use to pay for orders. It grows when an order you paid for cannot be fulfilled and the refund goes to your account. You cannot top it up yourself.

1. Sign in to your ItemGame account. 2. Choose a product, enter your User ID, and pick an amount as usual. 3. In the list of payment methods, choose ItemGame Balance (at the bottom). 4. Check the summary and pay. The order is confirmed and processed immediately. The balance must cover the full order total, and there is no admin fee.

Open the profile menu and choose Balance. It shows your current balance and every change to it: refunds, order payments, the related invoice numbers, and the reason for each refund.

The balance is kept per currency, in the currency you paid with. IDR balance can only be used in the Indonesia store, MYR balance in the Malaysia store, and so on. Balances are not converted between currencies.

The balance cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be withdrawn automatically. If you would like balance from a refund returned to your bank account or e-wallet, contact support; we review each request individually. The balance does not expire.

Yes. Sign in with Google, Facebook, Discord or Microsoft, ideally with the same email as the order, then send the invoice number to support. We will link the order to your account so the refund can go to your ItemGame Balance.

Click Sign In and choose Google, Facebook, Discord or Microsoft. There is no separate password to remember; your ItemGame account is linked to the account you choose. On the Settings page you can connect more than one, so you can still sign in if one of them has a problem.

Payment details are processed directly by our payment partners, so ItemGame does not store card numbers or PINs. The data we keep is limited to what an order needs: your email, phone number (if given), game account ID, the transaction record, and your ItemGame Balance history. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
