About GoPay
GoPay is the e-wallet inside Gojek and Tokopedia, used for rides and food orders, shopping, QRIS payments and bills. This page adds balance to a GoPay user account using the phone number registered to it.
What You Can Buy
GoPay Customer balance, meaning balance for user accounts (not GoPay Coins and not driver partner balance). Amounts run from GoPay Customer 10,000, 15,000 and 20,000 in small steps up to 100,000, then 150,000, 200,000 and on to 500,000 through 1,000,000.
How to Top Up GoPay on ItemGame
- Choose the balance amount.
- Enter your GoPay phone number. Use the number registered to your Gojek or Tokopedia account.
- Pick a payment method and pay.
- After the payment is confirmed, the balance is sent to your GoPay account automatically. Check it on the app’s home screen.
Tips
- Double-check the phone number. Balance sent to another number cannot be pulled back.
- This product is for user accounts, not driver partner balance.
- Keep your invoice number until the balance appears.

1 What number should I enter?
The phone number registered to your GoPay account, written in full without spaces, starting with 08.
2 How long does it take for the balance to arrive?
Usually a few minutes after the payment is confirmed. Orders are processed automatically, 24 hours a day.
3 My balance order has not arrived. What should I do?
Check the order status on your invoice page or in your order history. If it is paid but nothing has arrived, contact us at cs@itemgame.com or WhatsApp +62 877 7077 7770 with your invoice number.
4 What happens if I enter the wrong GoPay phone number?
The order is sent to the GoPay phone number you entered and cannot be pulled back once delivered, so double-check it before you pay.
5 Do I need to log in or share my password?
No. We only need your GoPay phone number. ItemGame never asks for your password or verification codes.
6 Which payment methods can I use?
Options include QRIS, e-wallets such as DANA, OVO, ShopeePay and LinkAja, bank virtual accounts, and cash payment at Alfamart or Indomaret. The full list appears on the payment page at checkout.
