How long does delivery take? Most orders complete within minutes of the payment being confirmed. During game maintenance or a supplier outage it can take longer; the transaction page always shows the latest status.

What if the item has not arrived? Check the status on the transaction page, reopen the game, and make sure the User ID on the invoice is correct. If the status says “Order Delivered” but the item is missing, contact support with your invoice number.

What if I miss the payment deadline? The order expires and can no longer be paid. Nothing is charged; simply place a new order.

Can I get a refund? Yes, when a paid order cannot be fulfilled. A wrong User ID that has already been delivered does not qualify. The details are in the Terms & Conditions.
