Where do I find my User ID and Zone ID?

Tap your avatar in the top-left corner of the lobby. Under your nickname you will see 12345678 (1234): the first number is the User ID, the number in brackets is the Zone ID.

How long does it take for the Diamonds to arrive?

Usually a few minutes after the payment is confirmed. Orders are processed automatically, 24 hours a day.

My Diamonds order has not arrived. What should I do?

Check the order status on your invoice page or in your order history. If it is paid but nothing has arrived, contact us at cs@itemgame.com or WhatsApp +62 877 7077 7770 with your invoice number.

What happens if I enter the wrong User ID and Zone ID?

The order is sent to the User ID and Zone ID you entered and cannot be pulled back once delivered, so double-check it before you pay.

Do I need to log in or share my password?

No. We only need your User ID and Zone ID. ItemGame never asks for your password or verification codes.

Which payment methods can I use?

Options include DuitNow QR, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and ShopeePay, and cash payment at 7-Eleven. The full list appears on the payment page at checkout.

This page is only for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang accounts on the Malaysia (MY) server. Diamonds bought here cannot be delivered to accounts on other servers, so if you play on the Indonesian server, use the regular Mobile Legends page instead.

MLBB is the 5v5 MOBA from Moonton where two teams of five fight to destroy each other’s base. Diamonds are the premium currency for skins, heroes, Starlight and draw events. You only need your User ID and Zone ID to top up; there is no login.

Tips

Confirm that your account is on the Malaysia server before buying.
Double-check both IDs. Delivered Diamonds cannot be moved to another account.
