Honor of Kings Season 16 Flow As One: New Flowborn Heroes, Flow State, Honor Royale and Skin Events
Honor of Kings Season 16 started on September 23, 2026. The global version calls it Flow As One, while the Indonesian server uses the name Resonansi Multiverse; the content is the same. The update adds two new heroes (Flowborn Assassin and Flowborn Roamer), Wang Wei on October 8, a new common skill called Flow State, the three-minute Honor Royale (Beta) mode, changes to seven heroes, a new Assassin Wristbow item and a list of skin events. Every number below comes from the official patch notes on honorofkings.com (global) and the Indonesian version, both published September 22.
Season 16 Update Schedule
- Server update: September 23, 2026 from 00:00 to 01:00 UTC, which is 07:00 to 08:00 WIB and 08:00 to 09:00 SGT/MYT/PHT. The update is non-disruptive, so you can keep playing.
- Season data maintenance starts 1.5 hours before the update (around 05:30 WIB / 06:30 SGT). During that window Ranked Match and Peak Tournament are unavailable; matches already in progress are not affected.
- Haven’t updated yet? You can still play, but not Ranked Match, Peak Tournament, or matches with friends who have already updated.
Your Season 16 tier is based on where you finished Season 15, so you don’t start from zero.
New Heroes: Flowborn (Assassin), Flowborn (Roamer) and Wang Wei
- Flowborn (Assassin) is a jungler with a claw on each hand. The Flow power lets it reset skills again and again, so it can dash repeatedly to poke and clean up.
- Flowborn (Roamer) can summon a guqin-themed Casting Platform, on top of the Flow traits shared by every Flowborn.
- Wang Wei arrives on October 8, 2026. He can turn into mist and move freely across the Gorge.
All Flowborn heroes also get a shared adjustment: the movement speed bonus from the Haste passive changes from 3.5% to 7% into a flat 12.5 to 25.
New Common Skill: Flow State
Flow State is available throughout Season 16 with a 100-second cooldown. When used, it instantly cuts the cooldown of all skills by 50%, then summons a Flow weapon based on the hero’s role:
| Role and weapon | Effect |
|---|---|
| Support: Flow Guqin | Heals the first ally hit, or deals magic damage to the first enemy hero hit |
| Mage: Flow Artifact | Attacks enemies continuously for magic damage plus a 30% slow for 2 seconds |
| Tank/Fighter: Flow Shield | Physical damage to the first enemy struck plus a 0.5-second launch |
| Marksman: Flow Crossbow | Fires 3 times for physical damage; the first shot knocks the target back |
| Assassin: twin claws | Dashes to the target for true damage equal to 16% of its missing HP (also for Assassin Fighters) |
For Assassins, the 16% missing HP damage works best as an execute. For Supports, the Flow Guqin can be used either to save an ally or to attack.
Honor Royale (Beta): a 3-Minute 2v2v2v2 Battle Royale
This new mode is available for a limited time. Four teams of two spawn in random corners of the map, and a match lasts only about three minutes:
- Defeat monsters and pick up scattered Gold to gain EXP, buy items, restore HP and mana, and reduce your ultimate’s cooldown.
- A defeated player drops Gold and respawns after 10 seconds as long as their teammate is alive. If both go down, the team is eliminated.
- The safe zone keeps shrinking toward the center and reaches its smallest size around the three-minute mark.
- At 01:30 a boss appears in the middle of the map; defeat it for a strong buff.
- Both players on a team may pick the same hero, and every match has a random event.
Battlefield Changes
- Base critical damage for all heroes drops from 200% to 185%.
- Tower protection: before minute 4, enemy damage near a tower is still reduced by 25%, now plus 3.75% for each additional enemy hero. From minute 4 to 10, the 10% reduction gets 1.5% per additional enemy hero. Diving a tower as a group now costs more.
- Healing Dew for Roamers: a Roamer who picks up Healing Dew shares 60% of the effect with the nearby hero on the lowest HP; other heroes who pick it up near a Roamer also share 60% with that Roamer.
- Level 3 Roaming items: the Guerrilla passive now pulls one dropped Gold toward the hero every 10 seconds.
- Visuals for the Crimson Golem and Azure Golem, support item effects and the Gold indicator at the screen edge have been updated.
Hero and Item Changes
| Hero | Change |
|---|---|
| Luara | Visual revamp: Skill 1 wall-jump animation and sound effects |
| Flowborn (Mage) | Revamp: Skill 2 can be cast while moving, the 0.5-second launch becomes a 0.333-second stun; bonus basic attack damage rises to 120 to 240 (+24% magic attack) |
| Umbrosa | Revamp: Skill 1 now throws 6 Featherblades that mark targets, the slow is removed |
| Da Qiao | Buff: damage over time on Skill 1 and Skill 3 rises to 90 (+30 per skill level) |
| Chano | Buff: Skill 1 rises to 300 (+80 per level, +160% physical attack) |
| Ukyo Tachibana | Buff: Skill 2 and ultimate increased |
| Florentino | Nerf: base and true damage on Skill 2 drop to 120 (+24 per level, +35% extra physical attack) |
A note for Flowborn (Mage) players: the Arcane Arts ultimate actually goes down from 700 to 1,400 to 250 to 500 base damage, but the damage its beam absorbs rises to 600 to 1,200 and it gains a new 25% slow. The hero’s strength shifts toward sustained damage and mobility.
New item, Assassin Wristbow (2,040 Gold, built from Cloud Piercer and Sunglow Striker): 40 physical attack, 650 HP, 20% attack speed and 20% critical rate. Its active, Without A Trace, puts the hero into stealth instantly with 30% bonus movement speed while restoring HP for 2.5 seconds. Other items that changed include Bloodweeper (physical attack from 85 to 80 plus a new passive), Longnight Guardian (now with 90 physical defense and a new passive), and Splendor and Breakthrough Robe (magic attack up by 10).
