How to Find Your User ID and Server Before a Top Up: MLBB, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, HoK and Valorant

Almost every “my diamonds never arrived” case starts the same way: the ID was typed wrong or is missing a part, like a Mobile Legends User ID without the Zone ID, or a Riot ID without the tagline. Digital items are delivered to the ID you enter, and once they land in someone else’s account, no store can pull them back. This guide shows exactly where to find your User ID, Zone ID, Player ID, UID and Riot ID in five popular games, what the format looks like, a checklist to run before you hit pay, and the warning signs of sellers you should avoid.

At a Glance: What Each Game Asks For

A legitimate store only needs what’s in the second column. If anyone asks for your game account’s email and password to “process” an order, that isn’t a top up, it’s an account takeover.

Pick the Store for Your Account’s Country

Some games tie purchases to the country the account is registered in. Mobile Legends is the clearest example: a top up sent from a different country’s package is rejected as a cross-border purchase. At ItemGame, choose the store for your account’s country:

• Mobile Legends: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines
• Free Fire: Indonesia, Malaysia
• Valorant: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines

Mobile Legends: User ID and Zone ID

Mobile Legends uses two numbers, and both are required.

1. Open Mobile Legends and go to the lobby, then tap the avatar in the top-left corner.
2. Right under your nickname is a string of numbers in the format 12345678 (1234).
3. The number before the brackets is your User ID. The number inside the brackets is your Zone ID, the code of the server your account is registered on, usually 4 or 5 digits.
4. Type the User ID in the first field and the Zone ID in the second, without brackets or spaces.

The most common mistakes: pasting the whole 12345678 (1234) string into the User ID field, or swapping the two numbers. If you have more than one account, check which one is logged in before copying the numbers.

Free Fire: Player ID

Free Fire only needs one number, the Player ID, and it works the same way in Free Fire and Free Fire MAX.

1. Go to the main lobby, then tap your avatar or profile banner in the top-left corner.
2. Your Player ID is shown right under your nickname. Tap the copy icon next to it so no digits get mixed up.
3. Paste it into the Player ID field on the Free Fire top up page.

If you’re not sure whether your account has been sanctioned, Garena offers an account check on its official Free Fire support page (Indonesian site): enter the account ID and the system shows whether it has been banned. It’s worth doing before you load a large amount of diamonds onto an old account you rarely use.

PUBG Mobile: Character ID

PUBG Mobile uses the Character ID, the string of numbers on your profile, not your character name (IGN). PUBG Mobile’s official help page explains that the number shown under your IGN on the profile page is your Player ID.

1. Open the PUBG Mobile lobby and tap your avatar or profile picture.
2. On the profile page, the Character ID appears under the character name. Tap the copy icon.
3. Paste the number into the User ID field on the PUBG Mobile top up page. A nickname won’t be accepted, only numbers.

Honor of Kings: UID

The global version of Honor of Kings (Level Infinite) keeps the ID behind the profile settings menu, which is why many new players can’t find it.

1. Go to the main menu and tap your profile avatar in the top-left corner.
2. Tap the settings icon (the gear) on the profile page, then choose View UID.
3. Your UID appears on screen. Copy it and paste it into the User ID field on the Honor of Kings top up page.

Valorant: Riot ID and Tagline

Valorant doesn’t use numbers. It uses a Riot ID made of a name and a tagline separated by a hash, for example YourName#1234. According to Riot Games’ official support page, the Riot ID and tagline are your identity across every Riot game and can be changed at account.riotgames.com.

1. Open the Valorant client and hover over your profile name in the top-right corner. Your Riot ID and tagline appear as Name#Tagline.
2. Copy both in full. Without the tagline the account can’t be identified, and a wrong tagline can send VP to someone else with the same name.
3. Make sure there’s no space before or after the hash when you type it.

Roblox and Code-Based Products

For Roblox, Steam and Riot Games Voucher, you don’t enter an ID at all. You receive a voucher code and redeem it yourself after logging in to your account. The takeaway is simple: nobody has any reason to ask for your Roblox username and password to “add Robux”. If someone does, end the conversation. While you’re at it, turn on 2-Step Verification under Settings, Security tab, with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, following Roblox’s official guide. Roblox notes that the authenticator code will be requested every time you log in with your password.

30-Second Checklist Before You Pay

1. Copy and paste, don’t type. Every game above has a copy icon on the profile page. One swapped digit means diamonds for a stranger.
2. Match the nickname that shows up. Some stores display the account name after you enter the ID. If it isn’t yours, stop.
3. Check which account is logged in. Players with a main and a smurf account most often send to the wrong one because they copied the ID from whichever account was open.
4. Use an email you actually check. Invoices and receipts go there. If something goes wrong, the invoice number is the first thing support will ask for.
5. Screenshot your game profile before paying. If an item doesn’t arrive even though the status says delivered, that screenshot is what gets requested for the investigation.

Remember that an official store like ItemGame never asks for your game password, only the ID fields listed above, and an order already delivered to a wrong ID can’t be reversed. Thirty seconds of checking is far cheaper than losing a top up.

Seller Red Flags

Indonesian outlets Kompas Parapuan (February 2026) and Esports.id (July 2026) summarized top up scam patterns that are still recurring this year:

• Asking for your email, password or OTP code. Schemes sold as “top up via login” work by logging in to your account and buying diamonds with a problematic card, or filing a fake refund with Google or Apple once the diamonds arrive. According to Garudaku (February 2026), once the transaction is reversed the diamonds are pulled back and the account balance can go negative, known in the community as “red diamonds”, along with a Ranked ban until the balance is paid off. Moonton has never officially detailed the numbers or sanctions, but many sources report the same pattern.
• Prices far below market. Sellers buy diamonds, UC and VP from official channels at roughly the same price. An extreme discount almost always means the money behind it is a problem.
• A web address that looks similar but isn’t the same. Check the spelling of the domain before paying, especially for links that arrive by DM or in group chats.
• Time pressure. “Promo ends in 10 minutes” is a way to make you skip checking the ID and the domain.
• No customer service you can reach. Esports.id notes that Garena can detect diamonds from illegal transactions and apply sanctions ranging from pulling the diamonds back to restricting the account, so you want a store you can hold accountable with an invoice number.
