New Map Qingzhou: Penglai and How to Unlock It
Reach Lv. 32 and finish the Qinghe Main Chapter Heaven Has No Pier to unlock the Qingzhou Lost Chapter Away to Qingzhou, the quest that takes you into Qingzhou.
Penglai is the seaside academy of the Inkbound Order, east of Qingzhou. Locations include the Inkbound Archives, Dining Hall, Tidegazing Pavilion and Tianyi Tower, a library with thousands of shelves. Per the patch notes, Zhao Laoliu’s General Store now sells the items needed in Qingzhou. The official summary artwork also says Qingzhou events give up to 17 draws.
For Inkbound Order disciples, the Core Disciple Trial grants the Mentor rank and the Inkbound Invitation (the Dean is chosen on merit). Academy life adds Scripture Recitation and Calligraphy Practice classes, Sect Contests, Dormitory rooms shared with up to three friends, and five free Dining Hall meals a week.
Mount Tai Blizzard Campaign: A Snowbound Murder Mystery
A blizzard traps guests in an inn and the killings begin, tied to a tragedy on Mount Tai a century ago that left no survivors. According to the Version 2.3 dev letter, you enter the Gong-Note Zither, a space that reconstructs the past, where key moments are frozen and you can walk into each scene to check where everyone stood. Evidence is logged in the Case Room and pieced together on a deduction board; you can close the case for now and revisit it later through Reverse.
Repeat the campaign for a chance at the Inscription Beyond the Cycle, or exchange for it in the Season Shop.
Cast in Currents and Spirit of the Grove
Cast in Currents (Jianghu Legacy Volume III, opened from Qingzhou’s Journal) pulls you into the layered dream of Zheng Sheng, an Inkbound Order scholar who cannot be woken. Stepping forward moves time forward, stepping back reverses it, and objects shift with time. Rewards include Decoration: Fragrance’s Embrace, Medicinal Tales and Echo Jade.
Spirit of the Grove unlocks once you open the Penglai area. You use a bronze mirror to spot anomalies in the looping corridors of an abandoned study hall; the official notes warn of horror elements.

Scarlet Whispers Battle Pass Ends Earlier
According to the October 29 patch notes, the Scarlet Whispers Battle Pass now ends on Friday, November 13 at 16:59 WIB (17:59 UTC+8), about 11 hours earlier than the old end time of Saturday, November 14 at 03:59 WIB. From October 29, the weekly Battle Pass EXP cap resets every Monday at 04:00 WIB, and NetEase will grant Battle Pass EXP retroactively to all players on all servers.
Fixes cover stuck mail rewards, some Qinghe Homestead quests, and three titles that could not be activated.
