Honkai Impact 3rd v9.1 “A New Page in Time” goes live on the SEA server on Thursday, 22 October 2026 after maintenance from 09:00 to 15:00 WIB (10:00 to 16:00 in Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines). The headliner is Herrscher of Time, Dreamseeker’s new S-rank battlesuit: the Battlesuit Supply gives her to you within 90 pulls at most, the first 10 pulls are free, and the banner runs until 4 December. Every Captain at Lv. 9 or above gets 600 Crystals as maintenance compensation. The patch also adds a new featured event, three outfits, the Autumn Celebration login events, and a Part 2 Afterstory chapter on 2 November.

HoYoverse expects the maintenance to take about six hours and warns the duration may change; you cannot log in during that window. Global servers follow a different clock: 21 October 23:00 to 22 October 05:00 (UTC-5) for the Americas and 22 October 05:00 to 11:00 (UTC+1) for Europe, according to the v9.1 maintenance notice.
Finish the preload before the servers reopen. On mobile, the preload button sits at the bottom right of the Bridge screen. On PC, a [Preload] button appears to the left of [Start] in the launcher. Herrscher of Time: Dreamseeker’s New S-Rank Battlesuit
Herrscher of Time is an IMG-type battlesuit that deals Fire DMG and uses a Drive Core weapon. Her signature mechanic: she records the damage her whole team deals, then specific moves spend that record to inflict a percentage of it as HP loss on enemies. Her skills hit harder during Stellar Outburst or Rondo in the Shadows, she is stronger against IMG-type enemies, and she carries every Astral Ring trait in the game so far, so she fits any team composition.

On rank-ups, S2 raises her sub-skill level cap and converts a larger share of consumed Weight of Ages into HP loss. SS unlocks a new skill: summoning Phantoms refreshes her Weapon Skill cooldown, and her Weapon Skill triggers a global Time Fracture. SSS makes enemies take even more Fire DMG from her while she has Torchfire.

In the featured event, Ellie and her friends run a game center called Meet Miracles to help out one of her fans. “Fun on the Sand” hands out tokens for logging in and playing permanent modes, which you spend in the event shop. “Memories of Silver Sea” gives draw tickets for panel missions such as logging in, joining version events, and progressing the main story. The “Dream-Gathering Journey” login event has been running since 16 October with Equipment Supply Card x10 and a Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupon x1.
