About PLN Tokens
A PLN token is the top-up code for prepaid electricity in Indonesia. After buying, you type the 20-digit code into the prepaid meter at your home or business and the credit is added straight away. Prepaid lets you manage your own usage without a monthly bill. This page is for PLN prepaid customers who want to buy tokens any time with digital payment.
What You Can Buy
Tokens of 20,000, 50,000, 100,000, 200,000, 500,000 and 1,000,000. The amount is the token value you buy; the kWh you receive depends on the tariff and power capacity registered to your meter, so it differs between customers.
How to Buy a PLN Token on ItemGame
- Choose the token amount.
- Enter your meter number or PLN customer ID.
- Pick a payment method and pay.
- Once the payment is confirmed, the token code appears on your invoice page. Enter it on your meter.
How to Find Your Meter Number or Customer ID
The meter number is printed on the front of your prepaid meter. The customer ID is shown on previous token receipts and in the PLN Mobile app. Either one works; copy all digits without spaces.
Tips
- Double-check the number. A token issued for another meter cannot be used on yours.
- Keep the token code until it has been entered successfully.
- Buy before the credit runs out to avoid a power cut at night.
