Sausage Man Top Up with Character ID: Where to Find It, Redeem Codes
A Sausage Man Candies top up only needs your Character ID, the number on the profile page that opens when you tap your avatar in the top left of the lobby. No account password is involved. The same ID is also what the official redeem code page asks for, so once you know where it is, both jobs are covered. How to Find Your Sausage Man Character ID
XD’s official top up center shows a guide image next to its “Character ID” field, and the official redeem code page states the same rule: tap the avatar in the top left of the main lobby, and the Character ID is shown at the bottom right. Step by step:
- Open Sausage Man and wait for the main lobby.
- Tap your avatar in the top left corner, next to your rank info.
- The profile page opens with your sausage character in the middle of the screen.
- Look for the box labelled ID: at the bottom right, right next to the Switch Accounts button. Tap the copy icon at the end of that box.
- Paste the ID into the User ID field when you top up, with no spaces.
Use the numeric Character ID, not your nickname. If you have more than one account, make sure the account you are logged into is the one you want to top up before copying the ID, because the profile page shows the ID of the active account. To send Candies to a friend, ask them to copy the ID from their own profile page.
What You Need for a Top Up or a Redeem Code
The Character ID is used in three places, each with slightly different fields:

On the official top up center, the item category for Sausage Man is listed as CANDIES. Candies are spent in the in-game shop. In the official guide image, the Store icon sits on the left side of the lobby, above the Event icon.
Sausage Man Candy Packs
The Sausage Man product page lists the same seven packs in the Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Philippines stores: 61, 186, 318, 1378, 2118, 3548 and 7108 Candies.
A simple way to choose: check the price of the item you want in the in-game shop, subtract the Candies you already have, then pick the combination of packs that covers the gap. For example, if you are 500 Candies short, 318 + 186 gives you 504. If you are 1,500 short, 1378 + 186 gives you 1,564. Doing the maths first stops you from buying a large pack that mostly sits unused.
Sausage Man Servers and Regions
XD’s official top up form does not ask players to pick a server. You choose a country or region, then a payment method, then enter the Character ID. As of 3 November 2026, the countries and regions listed there are Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Brunei, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, South Korea, Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macau and Japan. For the XD edition of Sausage Man, the Character ID is what decides where the Candies go, not a server choice.
On the App Store, Sausage Man is listed under the developer XD Entertainment Pte Ltd and supports 14 languages, including English, Indonesian and Thai. Its Google Play page shows the latest update on 16 October 2026.
How to Use a Sausage Man Redeem Code on the Official Page
In the top right corner of the official site sausageman.xd.com there are two buttons: Official Top Up and Redemption Codes. The second one opens the official redeem code page, which has three fields: Character ID, redeem code and captcha code. The rules printed there:
- Make sure the Character ID is correct before redeeming. A successful redemption cannot be revoked.
- Each code can only be used once.
- The same Character ID cannot use redeem codes of the same type more than once.
- After a successful redemption, log in to Sausage Man and collect the items from your in-game mail.
This guide does not list codes, because the official page does not state how long each code lasts or how many players can use it. Take codes from the official social accounts linked on the official site: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Discord. “Candy generator” or “unlimited candy” sites are not part of those official channels. Never enter your account password on them.
How to Top Up Sausage Man Candies
The flow on the Sausage Man top up page:
- Copy the Character ID from the bottom right of your profile page.
- Paste it into the User ID field.
- Choose a Candies pack.
- Complete the payment.
- Once the payment is confirmed, the Candies are processed automatically. Check your balance in the game.

Candies Not Received After a Top Up
- Close and reopen the game, then check your Candies balance.
- Compare the ID on your invoice with the ID at the bottom right of your profile page.
- If you have several accounts, check that the account you are logged into owns that ID. The Switch Accounts button is on the same page.
- Check the status on the invoice page. If it is paid but the Candies have not arrived, contact customer support with your invoice number.
