Esports at the 2026 Asian Games runs from September 22 to October 2, 2026 at Aichi Sky Expo in Tokoname, Japan. For mobile players, the big week is next week: Honor of Kings on September 27 and 28, PUBG Mobile on September 28 and 29, and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang from September 29 to October 1, the first time MLBB is a medal event at the Asian Games. Indonesia has 34 athletes in 8 of the 11 events, and Malaysia and the Philippines both field MLBB and Honor of Kings teams. MLBB: Format, Groups and Full Schedule
According to MOONTON’s official announcement, 11 teams play a single round-robin group stage with best-of-three matches. The top two teams in each group reach the quarterfinals, and the knockout stage is single elimination: best-of-three quarterfinals and semifinals, then a best-of-seven Grand Final.

The five starters come from Alter Ego, with head coach Kenny “Xepher” Deo and assistant Michael “Styx” Abraham. Compared with the list PBESI announced in May, Muhammad Halim Adicondro (Cyruz) no longer appears on the official entry list, and EVOS’ Albert is in the squad.

The whole Honor of Kings event is done in two days. Indonesia’s roster: Iqbal Khan, Drensen, Emanuel Hendo Paska, Agung Budi Prasetyo, Neville Garrick and Muh Naufal Aushaf Mahfuzh, coached by Glen Richard Pangalila with assistant M. PUBG Mobile: 12 Final Matches Over Two Days
PUBG Mobile uses a special Asian Games version and goes straight to a 12-team Finals: China, Indonesia, Jordan, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Pakistan, Thailand, Chinese Taipei, Uzbekistan and Vietnam. Medals are decided after match 12.

Indonesia’s Results So Far
- eFootball: Radinka Wiratama and Rizky Faidan beat Kyrgyzstan 2-0 and Hong Kong 2-0 in the group stage (September 22), then lost 0-1 to Uzbekistan in the quarterfinals (September 23). Antara reports the console leg ended 1-1 and the mobile leg 2-3.
- NARAKA: BLADEPOINT: lost 0-2 to China and 0-2 to Thailand, then beat Malaysia 2-0 (September 23), which was not enough to get out of the group.
- Gran Turismo 7: Andika Rama Maulana finished fourth in the September 23 final.
