How to Top Up MLBB Diamonds with User ID and Zone ID, No Password
To top up MLBB (Mobile Legends: Bang Bang) diamonds, the only account details you need are two numbers: your User ID and Zone ID. Both are shown on your in-game Profile. Enter them in the top-up form, pick a Diamonds amount or a pass, pay, and the Diamonds go to the account that owns those IDs. A password, OTP code or account login is never part of the process. Everything below was checked on 20 October 2026.
MLBB User ID and Zone ID: The Two Numbers You Need
Moonton’s own instructions say your Profile opens when you tap your avatar on the game’s main screen. That is where both numbers live.
- Open Mobile Legends and wait for the lobby, then tap your avatar in the top left corner.
- Under your nickname you will see a number in the format
12345678 (1234). - The number outside the brackets is your User ID. The number inside the brackets is your Zone ID, the server your account belongs to.
- Type them into two separate fields, without the brackets and without spaces.
Moonton’s official penalty lists show player servers in the same bracketed style, for example [6685] or [15752], so a Zone ID is usually 4 or 5 digits. Do not paste the whole string into the User ID field, and do not swap the two numbers. For other games, see our guide on finding your game user ID before a top up.
How to Top Up MLBB Diamonds with User ID and Zone ID
The Mobile Legends top-up page on ItemGame is the Indonesia store, priced in rupiah. It asks for those two fields plus an email address for the invoice:
- Enter your User ID in the first field and your Zone ID in the second.
- Choose a category: Top Up (Diamonds), First Top-Up, Weekly Pass, Monthly Pass or Battle Pass, then pick the item.
- Choose a payment method. The Indonesia page lists QRIS, the e-wallets DANA, OVO, ShopeePay and LinkAja, virtual accounts at 12 Indonesian banks, and cash payment at Indomaret or Alfamart.
- Enter your email. The invoice and payment receipt are sent there; the phone number is optional.
- Tap Order Now. The form checks the account behind your User ID and Zone ID. If it says the game account could not be found, one of the numbers is wrong. If the account is found, its username appears before you confirm the order. Make sure it matches your nickname.
- Pay as instructed on the transaction page. The order is processed automatically once the payment is confirmed.
The admin fee for each method is shown before you pay, and the virtual account and retail options have a minimum order amount.
Choosing a Package: Diamonds, First Recharge or Weekly Diamond Pass
As of 20 October 2026, the Indonesia product page lists 90 active Mobile Legends items in five categories:
| Category | What it contains | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Top Up | 78 amounts, from 5 to 28,170 Diamonds | Item names show the bonus split, for example 110 Diamonds (100 + 10 Bonus) |
| First Top-Up | 100, 300, 500 and 1000 Diamonds | Split in half (50+50 up to 500+500), only for accounts that have not claimed the first recharge bonus at that amount |
| Weekly Pass | Weekly Diamond Pass x1 to x5, Weekly Elite Bundle | Diamonds are handed out daily while the pass is active |
| Monthly Pass | Monthly Epic Bundle | Monthly bundle |
| Battle Pass | Twilight Pass | Unlocks the premium reward track for the current season |
If you are not sure whether you have claimed the first bonus at an amount, a regular Top Up item is safer because its Diamond count is fixed in the name.
The Weekly Diamond Pass does not credit everything at once; it pays out daily while it is active. The daily figures quoted online differ from site to site and do not appear in any official Moonton announcement available on 20 October 2026, so check the details on the pass page in the game before buying the x2 to x5 versions.
How to Check That Your MLBB Diamonds Arrived
- Open your invoice or order history and confirm the status shows as paid.
- Open Mobile Legends and check which account is logged in: the User ID and Zone ID on the profile must match what you entered. Players with two accounts often look in the wrong one.
- Check your Diamond balance. If the game was already open before you paid, close it and open it again.
MLBB Diamonds Not Received: Causes and Fixes
| Cause | Sign | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Payment not confirmed yet | Invoice not marked as paid | Finish or wait for the payment; do not pay twice |
| Logged into another account | Profile ID differs from the one entered | Switch to the right account and check again |
| Wrong User ID or Zone ID | Username at confirmation was not yours | Contact the store’s customer service with your invoice number right away |
| First recharge bonus already claimed | Bonus amount looks wrong | Contact the store’s customer service with your invoice number |
| Paid, but nothing after several minutes | Status paid, balance unchanged | Contact the store’s customer service with your invoice number |
On wrong IDs, the product page is clear: items already delivered to another account cannot be pulled back, and Moonton’s terms state that all Diamond purchases are final and non-refundable. Checking the username in step five matters more than any report afterwards. For account-level problems, such as a lost account or failed login, the route is Moonton’s official Customer Service.
Moonton’s Official Rules on Top Ups
The Moonton Terms of Service and the official Common Violations and Penalty Scales include several points that apply directly to topping up:
- Guest accounts are risky. Players who have not linked a Moonton account or a third-party account (such as Google, Apple, Facebook or TikTok) cannot restore their progress or purchases if they reinstall the game or lose their phone. Link your account through your Profile and the Account button before adding a large amount of Diamonds.
- Accounts inactive for more than 6 months may be deleted or deactivated by Moonton, and the Diamonds in them are forfeited without a refund.
- Purchases are final. Diamonds and virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be sold or traded outside the game, and Diamonds spent on an item cannot be returned.
- Abnormal transactions are penalised. Moonton’s penalty list names “Abnormal Transaction” (unauthorized recharge methods), malicious refunds and unauthorized cross-border Google recharges. Penalties include deduction of illicit gains, retrieval of Diamonds and account suspension from 7 days up to a permanent ban.
In practice: avoid any service that asks you to log in to your account, and never share your password or OTP code. More security steps are in our guide on how to secure your Mobile Legends account from hackers.
FAQ
Do I need a password to top up MLBB diamonds? No. A top up only needs your User ID and Zone ID. Anyone asking for your password, OTP code or account login should be treated as a scam.
What is the Zone ID in Mobile Legends? It is your account’s server number: the digits in brackets after your User ID on the Profile page, usually 4 or 5 digits long.
Can I top up MLBB diamonds for a friend? Yes. Enter your friend’s User ID and Zone ID, copied from their own profile, and the Diamonds go to their account.
Can diamonds sent to the wrong ID be recovered? Assume not. Items delivered to another account cannot be pulled back, and Moonton’s terms treat Diamond purchases as final. Check the username shown before you pay.
How long do MLBB diamonds take to arrive? Orders are processed automatically once payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. If the status is paid but the Diamonds have not arrived, contact the store’s customer service with your invoice number.
