1 What is the difference between a Robux voucher and a Gift Card?
A Robux voucher adds a fixed amount of Robux. A Gift Card adds credit that you can spend on Robux or on Roblox Premium.
2 Do I need to enter an account ID or log in?
No. This product is a voucher code, so there is no ID field. You redeem the code yourself on your own account after purchase.
3 Where do I get the code after paying?
The code appears on your invoice page and in your order history, usually within a few minutes after the payment is confirmed.
4 The code has not appeared yet. What should I do?

5 Which payment methods can I use?
The options follow your store region (in Indonesia: QRIS, e-wallets such as DANA, OVO, ShopeePay and LinkAja, bank virtual accounts, and cash payment at Alfamart or Indomaret; in Malaysia: DuitNow QR, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and ShopeePay, and cash payment at 7-Eleven; in Singapore: PayNow QR and e-wallets such as GrabPay, ShopeePay and Alipay). To redeem your Roblox code:
- Open roblox.com/redeem in a browser and log in to your own account.
- Copy the code from your ItemGame invoice page and paste it in.
- Click Redeem. Your Robux or credit balance updates right away.
Keep the code secret until you redeem it.
