About Free Fire
Free Fire (FF) is Garena’s battle royale for mobile, known for running smoothly on almost any phone. A match lasts around ten minutes, which makes it easy to fit a few games into a short break or to push rank with your squad. On this page you can top up Free Fire Diamonds and memberships with only your Player ID; you never need to log in.
What You Can Buy
Diamonds are the premium currency in Free Fire, used for the Booyah Pass, characters, pets, weapon skins, costume bundles and spin events. Amounts range from small packs such as 5, 10 and 20 Diamonds, through mid-size packs of 100 to 500, up to 1000, 2000, 4000 and large packs of 36500 and 73100 Diamonds.
The Membership category includes:
- Member Mingguan (weekly) and Member Bulanan (monthly): Diamonds up front plus daily Diamonds while the membership is active.
- Level Up Pass (Level 6, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30): extra rewards unlocked as your account levels up.
- BP card, related to the Booyah Pass.
How to Top Up Free Fire on ItemGame
- Choose a Diamond pack or membership.
- Enter your Player ID.
- Pick a payment method and pay.
- After the payment is confirmed, the Diamonds or membership are added to your account automatically.
How to Find Your Player ID
Open Free Fire, tap your avatar or profile banner in the top-left corner of the lobby, and copy the Player ID shown under your nickname.
Tips
- Double-check your Player ID. Diamonds sent to another account cannot be returned.
- Check the in-game price of the pass or bundle you want first so you buy enough.
- For memberships, log in every day to collect the daily Diamonds.

- Open Free Fire and wait for the lobby.
- Tap your avatar or profile banner in the top-left corner.
- Your Player ID is shown under your nickname. Use the copy icon if there is one.

Usually a few minutes after the payment is confirmed. Orders are processed automatically, 24 hours a day.
4 My Diamonds order has not arrived. What should I do?
Check the order status on your invoice page or in your order history. If it is paid but nothing has arrived, contact us at cs@itemgame.com or WhatsApp +62 877 7077 7770 with your invoice number.
5 What happens if I enter the wrong Player ID?
The order is sent to the Player ID you entered and cannot be pulled back once delivered, so double-check it before you pay.
6 Do I need to log in or share my password?
No. We only need your Player ID. ItemGame never asks for your password or verification codes.
7 Which payment methods can I use?
Options include QRIS, e-wallets such as DANA, OVO, ShopeePay and LinkAja, bank virtual accounts, and cash payment at Alfamart or Indomaret. The full list appears on the payment page at checkout.
