Indonesia 2-0 Thailand
The opening game was the longest in Group A on the day at 21 minutes 30 seconds. Indonesia played Charlotte, Ukyo Tachibana, Xiao Qiao, Chano and Lian Po. Game two was far quicker: Indonesia closed the series in 11 minutes 38 seconds with Dharma, Kaizer, Xiao Qiao, Chano and Kui. Xiao Qiao and Chano were the two heroes Indonesia picked in both games.
Indonesia 0-2 Hong Kong
Hong Kong came in fresh from a 2-0 sweep of Thailand two hours earlier. In game one they banned Charlotte and Ukyo Tachibana, the two heroes Indonesia had used in their long game-one win over Thailand. Indonesia switched to Ata, Lam, Heino, Arli and Dyadia and lost in 12 minutes 50 seconds. In game two Indonesia got Ukyo Tachibana back alongside Mi Yue, Garuda, Chano and Zhang Fei, while Hong Kong took Charlotte for themselves and won in 11 minutes 15 seconds. Lapulapu and Kaizer were in Hong Kong’s draft in both games.

Groups C and D had only two teams, so both advanced. Singapore did not enter the Honor of Kings event, according to the official entry list.
Malaysia won Group B with a 2-0 win over Kazakhstan and a 2-1 comeback over the Philippines: the Philippines took game one before Malaysia won the next two. The Philippines, known as Sibol, still went through as runners-up thanks to their 2-0 win over Kazakhstan. Malaysia took silver behind China at Hangzhou 2022 (then played as Arena of Valor Asian Games Version), so both of last edition’s finalists are still alive.
Quarterfinal: China vs Indonesia
China won Group D 2-0 against Laos. Of their Hangzhou 2022 gold medal lineup, only Xu Bicheng is back; the rest of the 2026 roster is Wang Ke, Zhao Haoyu, He Weijia, Huang Yaoqin and Meng Jiajun.
The knockout stage is single elimination: best-of-three quarterfinals and semifinals, and a best-of-seven final.
