• Check your User ID twice before paying; Token that lands in another account can’t be pulled back.
• Pick an amount that fits your needs, for example enough for one full round of summons.
• Keep your invoice number until the Token shows in your account balance.
• If your Token hasn’t arrived after the payment is confirmed, check your transaction history on ItemGame, then contact support with your invoice number.
