Is the Free Fire MAX Player ID the same as regular Free Fire?

Yes. Both versions share one account, so the Player ID is the same and Diamonds can be used in either version.

Where do I find my Player ID?

Tap your avatar in the top-left corner of the lobby. The Player ID appears under your nickname.

How long does it take for the Diamonds to arrive?

Usually a few minutes after the payment is confirmed. Orders are processed automatically, 24 hours a day.

My Diamonds order has not arrived. What should I do?

Check the order status on your invoice page or in your order history. If it is paid but nothing has arrived, contact us at cs@itemgame.com or WhatsApp +62 877 7077 7770 with your invoice number.

What happens if I enter the wrong Player ID?

The order is sent to the Player ID you entered and cannot be pulled back once delivered, so double-check it before you pay.

Do I need to log in or share my password?

No. We only need your Player ID. ItemGame never asks for your password or verification codes.

Which payment methods can I use?

Options include QRIS, e-wallets such as DANA, OVO, ShopeePay and LinkAja, bank virtual accounts, and cash payment at Alfamart or Indomaret. The full list appears on the payment page at checkout.

Free Fire MAX is the version of Garena’s Free Fire with higher-resolution graphics, richer effects and smoother animation, while the fast battle royale gameplay stays the same. Thanks to Firelink, MAX and regular Free Fire use the same account, so your Player ID, Diamonds and items are shared between both. You can top up here with just your Player ID.

What You Can Buy

Diamonds are used for the Booyah Pass, characters, pets, weapon skins, costume bundles and spin events. Packs go from 5, 10, 12 and 20 Diamonds up to 100 to 500 Diamonds, and on to 1000, 2000, 4000, 7290, 36500 and 73100 Diamonds.

Memberships available:

Member Mingguan (weekly) and Member Bulanan (monthly), with Diamonds up front and daily Diamonds while active.
