What is a Riot ID and what format does it use?

A Riot ID is your account identity for all Riot games, made up of a name and a tagline separated by a hash sign, for example YourName#1234. Both parts must be filled in.

Where can I find my Riot ID?

Open the League of Legends client and hover over your profile picture in the top-right corner to see your Riot ID and tagline. You can also check it on your Riot account page in a browser.

How long does it take for RP to arrive after payment?

Usually a few minutes after the payment is confirmed. The process is automatic and runs 24/7.

My RP has not arrived. What should I do?

Check the order status on the invoice page or in your transaction history, then restart the client. If the status is successful but your RP has not gone up, contact support at cs@itemgame.com or WhatsApp +62 877 7077 7770 with your invoice number.

I entered the wrong Riot ID. Can it be reversed?

RP is sent to the Riot ID you entered and cannot be pulled back once it arrives. Make sure the name and tagline are correct before paying.

Do I need to log in or give my Riot account password?

No. The top-up only needs your Riot ID. ItemGame never asks for your password, login email or verification code.

Which payment methods are available?

About League of Legends PC

League of Legends is a 5v5 MOBA from Riot Games and one of the biggest competitive games in the world. You pick one Champion from a roster of hundreds, work with your team to control lanes and objectives, then destroy the enemy Nexus. Everything that affects power is earned through play, while cosmetics such as skins are bought with Riot Points (RP). This page is where you add RP to your League of Legends PC account.

Every item on this page is RP, in the following amounts:

575 RP
1380 RP
2800 RP
4500 RP
6500 RP
13500 RP

The smallest amount (575 RP) covers a chroma but not a Standard skin, which costs 975 RP; mid-sized amounts suit Epic and Legendary tier skins, and the large amounts are for when you want several skins at once or an event pass. In the client, RP is used to buy Champion skins, chromas, emotes, icons, event passes, and Teamfight Tactics cosmetics such as Little Legends and arenas.

How to Top Up League of Legends PC on ItemGame

Choose the RP amount you want from the item list.
Enter your full Riot ID in the field provided, including the tagline after the hash sign, for example YourName#1234.
Choose a payment method, such as QRIS, e-wallets, bank virtual account or retail outlets (Alfamart/Indomaret), then complete the payment.
Once the payment is confirmed, the RP is sent to your account automatically. Check your RP balance in the top-right corner of the League of Legends client.

How to Find Your Riot ID

Open the League of Legends client on your PC, then hover over your profile picture in the top-right corner. Your Riot ID and tagline are shown in the format Name#Tagline. You can also see it in the Riot ID section of your Riot account page in a browser. Copy both parts in full; without the tagline your account cannot be identified, because many players can use the same name.

Tips

Check your Riot ID and tagline twice before paying. RP that has gone to another account cannot be pulled back.
Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the hash sign when you type your Riot ID.
Pick an amount that matches your goal. Check the cost of the skin or pass you want in the client’s Shop first.
Keep your invoice number as proof of the transaction until the RP shows up in the client.
If your RP has not gone up, restart the client and check again before contacting support.

Once your RP is in, just pick your skin and head back to Summoner’s Rift.
