Legends of Runeterra (LoR) is a strategic card game from Riot Games set in the League of Legends universe. In LoR, you build a deck with Champions and followers from different regions of Runeterra, such as Demacia, Noxus, Ionia and Piltover & Zaun. The goal: use the right strategy, careful planning and a bit of luck to bring your opponent’s Nexus down to zero. If you like card games that reward brains and not just fast hands, LoR is likely to win you over.

What Are Coins in Legends of Runeterra?
Coins are LoR’s premium currency. With Coins you can buy cards and wildcards to complete your deck faster, as well as cosmetic items such as boards, guardians, card backs and emotes. You do not need Coins to win, but they help a lot if you want to try out a new deck idea quickly or personalise the look of your game.

How to Top Up LoR Coins (PH) on ItemGame
- Choose a Coins amount. Pick the denomination you want to buy from the item list.
- Enter your Riot ID. Type your full Riot ID including the tagline (for example: YourName#PH1). Make sure the spelling is correct and nothing is missing.
- Choose a payment method. Pay with one of the methods shown at checkout. The list depends on the store you shop in: in Indonesia you pay in rupiah with QRIS, e-wallets, bank virtual accounts or retail outlets, among others. In the Philippines you pay in Philippine pesos, and the options include the Maya e-wallet or over-the-counter payment at banks, pawnshops such as Palawan Pawnshop and M Lhuillier, and SM.
- Complete the payment. Follow the instructions at checkout until the transaction is confirmed.
- Done. Once the payment is verified, the Coins are sent to your LoR account, usually within a few minutes.

To find your Riot ID, open the Legends of Runeterra client and log in to your account. Your profile picture is in the top-right corner of the screen. Hover over it (or tap it if you are on mobile) and your full Riot ID appears, including the tagline after the # symbol (for example: YourName#PH1).
Copy the full Riot ID exactly, including the tagline. The name alone is not enough; both parts are needed to identify your account. Also make sure your account is in the PH region before ordering, because the Coins on this page are only for the Philippines region. Once you are sure, paste it into the Riot ID field on the order form and continue to checkout.
